Why am I receiving a bill from the lab?
You may have received an invoice from VantagePoint Laboratory Parnters, if:
- Your physician submitted a request slip and lab work for test(s) to be performed and the slip was marked to indicate patient responsibility for testing.
- If you are responsible for a deductible, co-payment, co-insurance or non-covered services. Please contact your insurance company for inquiries regarding your specific health plan.
- If you have Medicare and signed an Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) form.

What is a deductible?

Have you received an Explanations Of Benefits Letter?
