Terms of Service for Eidos Brain App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eidos Brain App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Description of Service

Eidos Brain App provides brain-training games, creativity exercises, and AI-generated feedback. Free users have limited access, while subscribers receive full access.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions, including a family plan for up to four accounts. A free trial of up to 3 days may be offered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple App Store and Google Play.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content to operate and improve the service, including AI systems.

8. AI Disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. The App should not be used for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including reverse engineering, automation abuse, or attempting unauthorized access.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App belong to VPoint Labs LLP. You receive a limited, revocable license to use it.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account within the App. Personal data will be deleted within 3 days.

12. No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee improvements in cognitive abilities or measurable results.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or 50 GBP, whichever is greater.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VPoint Labs LLP from claims arising from your use of the App.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
